The Job Manager allows you to program into your Work Calendar Scheduled Maintenance Jobs, as well as Reactive work. If you manage PPM work for clients, the system will help you keep on top of the workload. In the Dashboard view, you can see Today’s Jobs as well as what’s happening tomorrow.

The Job Manager allows you to drill down into the detail of each job. Create a Worksheet, input the job type and description of works, Assign an Operative (plus, Assistant), Start and Finish times, Attach Docs if required. Plus have a Digital Sign-Off for both the Operative and the Client. All of which can be edited in the system at anytime.

The filter tool on the Job Manager allows you to collect all of the jobs at the various states of completion. It’s easy to see whether a job has been completed, scheduled, or has yet to be allocated a date and time for deployment.
